Iberostar Selection Cancun (Adults Only) Hotel, Cancun

We had a beautiful stay at the resort, especially enjoying our swim-out villa right on the beach that was absolutely stunning. While the food was generally great, we found the Mexican a la carte restaurant to be a letdown. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our visit. The beach was lovely, but it was a bit challenging to walk on the deep sand. Overall, we would definitely return for the relaxing environment and great amenities.

I had a decent time at Iberostar Selection Cancun, but there were some noticeable ups and downs. The location is great for those wanting to explore Cancun, and I enjoyed the beach access. However, the dining options were hit or miss, with a standout Mexican restaurant and several that didn’t impress. The rooms were comfortable but not as clean as I expected, and service could be improved, especially at the bars.

My stay at this resort was disappointing overall. While the staff in some areas were kind and attentive, the condition of the room and the cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired. The food quality was poor, especially for the evening room service. On the brighter side, the infinity pool offered a stunning view, and the coffee shop provided decent snacks and drinks.

However, the food left much to be desired, with portions that were too small and mediocre dining options. The beach was nice, but the ocean waves were too rough to enjoy fully. Overall, the resort has potential but may not warrant a return visit due to the dining experience and rough ocean conditions.
